what is job shadow week

Job Shadow is a half-day (2-4 hours) experience designed to expose high school students to the world of work and offer students a chance to explore careers of interest.

Yes, this gives more students opportunities to shadow your site.

Yes, students may share similar career interests as others and hosting multiple students helps orientate those who may be shy.

We will provide all transportation to get your student host to the site on-time.

We have two ways hosts can give Reality Changers students insight on careers, (1) schedule a tour to a group of students to experience your facilities and meet with key internal stakeholders in the company, and (2) schedule a virtual tour through Skype or Facetime to give students an inside look at your workplace and answer questions from a classroom of students. Please contact Chanel Bradley at Chanel@realitychangers.org to schedule an alternative hosting date.

Absolutely, we want to be as accommodating as possible according to your schedule and our students availability. Please notify Chanel at Chanel@realitychangers.org if your schedule changes.
