Reality Changers champions and walks alongside first-generation college students as we work together towards education equity. We are accountable to the diverse communities that we serve and we actively affirm the dignity of all individuals.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion statement codifies these values. In 2021, we were recognized as an “Outstanding Organization for Diversity & Inclusion” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals San Diego Chapter.
