Reality Changers is currently seeking an inspirational and mission-driven individual to join our team as an Achievement Coach! Full-time and part-time positions available.

  • ADVANCEMENT ASSOCIATE

    You are a proactive and detail-oriented leader looking to contribute to the long-term sustainability of a mission driven organization; your passion is to connect people to the causes they care about through compelling storytelling. Does this describe you? If so, Reality Changers is hiring an Advancement Associate who will drive the successful coordination and administration of our communications efforts.

    The Advancement Associate plays a critical role within the Reality Changers Advancement team, which is focused on driving and supporting strategy for three key functions: fundraising, communications, and events. The Advancement Associate is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the team, with a focus on developing and implementing communications and public relations strategies to enhance and drive fundraising.

    Grant research and grant writing are key functions of this position. The Advancement Associate will need to handle various donor and staff needs, requests, and general inquiries.

    The Advancement Associate will report to the Director, Advancement.

  • INTERN, ADVANCEMENT

    The Advancement department brings together three key functions: fundraising, external communications, and events to enable Reality Changers to achieve its annual fundraising goal. Reality Changers is currently seeking a highly-motivated intern to make an impact in our Advancement department and provide administrative support across these three functional areas.

    During the internship, this person will learn about the internal operations of a growing non-profit organization and have the opportunity to contribute to one of its key fundraising events, the annual Malin Burnham Awards in Spring 2018. Many of the position’s responsibilities will be collaborative work that requires the highest regard for consistency of writing, superb customer service, and organizational skills.

    This is an un-paid internship position that offers 10-20 hours per week, ideally for the full academic year.

  • INTERN, ALUMNI NETWORK

    The Alumni Network serves Reality Changers’ over 1,600+ program graduates by offering leadership opportunities as well as academic and career services: bringing graduates together to serve each other, their younger peers, and the network. The Intern will contribute to the operations of the Alumni Network program as it seeks to reconnect with and engage current Reality Changers graduates.

    During the internship, this person will learn about the internal operations of a growing non-profit organization and have the opportunity to contribute to one of its key programs, the Alumni Network. Many of the position’s responsibilities will be independent work that requires the highest regard for consistency of writing, data entry, and communications.

    This is an un-paid internship position that offers 10-20 hours per week.
