Perks & Benefits
Reality Changers covers 75% of the employee premium for medical insurance and contributes 50% toward an employee’s dependent(s). Dental, vision, and life insurance are also available.
Eligible employees may elect to make salary deferral contributions to the Reality Changers 403(b) retirement plan.
College Tuition Benefit
Insurance plan participants can get insurance that includes a college tuition benefit for employees’ family members.
Professional Development & Tuition Reimbursement
In addition to organization-required certifications, staff receive a $500 annual stipend to use either on personalized professional development or tuition reimbursement/loan repayment.

Staff are based out of Reality Changers’ headquarters in City Heights, at 4251 37th Street, San Diego, CA 92105. However, staff work with their respective managers to set in-office expectations and working hours that are most appropriate for their position.
Staff are provided with a laptop and associated accessories for their normal work. Should staff require specialized equipment, managers will work with their team members to see how the organization can support those needs.
