The Advancement Associate plays a critical role within the Reality Changers Advancement team, which is focused on driving and supporting strategy for three key functions: fundraising, communications, and events. The Advancement Associate is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the team, with a focus on developing and implementing communications and public relations strategies to enhance and drive fundraising.
Grant research and grant writing are key functions of this position. The Advancement Associate will need to handle various donor and staff needs, requests, and general inquiries.
The Advancement Associate will report to the Director, Advancement.
