Reality Changers President and CEO, Tamara Craver, was profiled by Nancy Maldonado in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

“Throughout her long career in education, Tamara Craver was mostly focused on supporting high school students. While she loved her work, she came to realize that some students were not receiving the support they needed. She wondered how differently the impact of her work might be if she had the opportunity to work with students at an earlier stage. In 2019 she got that opportunity when she moved to San Diego to begin her career as the chief executive officer of Reality Changers, a nonprofit organization that prepares youth to become first-generation college graduates and agents of change in their communities. “
