“An April 2021 report by the Pew Research Center notes there has been dramatic growth in the number of STEM graduates from U.S. colleges and universities at all degree levels since 2010. That’s the good news. The bad news, according to Pew Research, is diversity in STEM jobs among underrepresented communities will not shift significantly in the near term.”
