Health
Reality Changers covers 75% of the employee premium for medical insurance and contributes 50% toward an employee’s dependent(s). Dental, vision, and life insurance are also available.
Retirement Plan
Eligible employees may elect to make salary deferral contributions to the Reality Changers 403(b) retirement plan.
College Tuition Benefit
Insurance plan participants can get insurance that includes a college tuition benefit for employees’ family members.
Professional Development & Tuition Reimbursement
In addition to organization-required certifications, staff receive a $500 annual stipend to use either on personalized professional development or tuition reimbursement/loan repayment.Â
