Join Reality Changers for a special kickoff for our 2024 Over The Edge event.
This special night will be a chance for you to see our new facility, meet with Reality Changers students, hear inspiring youth stories, learn about plans for Over The Edge 2024, and get involved.
The Over The Edge Kickoff will take place during a Speech Night. Speech Night is a tradition for Reality Changers program participants. Students take ownership of their personal stories and practice public speaking in front of an audience of encouraging peers and volunteer speech coaches. You can serve as a volunteer speech coach… no experience necessary!
As a volunteer speech coach, you will:
- Learn more about Reality Changers
- Have the opportunity to connect with a few of our students
- Use a rubric to provide written feedback on 4-7 speeches given by students
- Participate in a brief debrief afterward
