Para darles la bienvenida a la familia, el Programa de mentores de logros de 8.\u00ba grado empareja a cada estudiante con un compa\u00f1ero mentor, un estudiante de secundaria actual que ha demostrado un gran \u00e9xito en Reality Changers y en la escuela, para una tutor\u00eda de 9 semanas. El enfoque de este programa es equipar a los estudiantes de 8\u00ba grado con las habilidades y la mentalidad para tener \u00e9xito en la escuela secundaria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada mentor de compa\u00f1eros, conocido como mentor de logros,...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Establezca 2 objetivos con su aprendiz y h\u00e1galo responsable de lograr esos objetivos.<\/li><li>Cree una lista de recursos con su aprendiz basada en los diferentes recursos y oportunidades disponibles en la futura escuela secundaria de su aprendiz.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Apoye a su aprendiz en la creaci\u00f3n de un poema de reflexi\u00f3n que haga que su aprendiz reflexione sobre su pasado y presente y c\u00f3mo eso afectar\u00e1 su futuro. El aprendiz ser\u00e1 entrenado por su mentor para presentar este poema durante el &quot;Concurso de poes\u00eda de octavo grado de Reality Changers&quot;<\/li><li>Ayude a su aprendiz a explorar sus valores y comience a convertirlos en l\u00edderes basados en valores<\/li><li>Construir un plan de verano que est\u00e9 alineado con los intereses y objetivos de sus aprendices para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/li><li>Proporcionar a su aprendiz orientaci\u00f3n y consejos basados en sus experiencias vividas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los mentores de logros se reunir\u00e1n con su aprendiz semanalmente y recibir\u00e1n 10 horas de servicio comunitario por su participaci\u00f3n en este programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile has-white-background-color has-background\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1923\" height=\"2560\" src=\"https:\/\/realitychangers.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/IMG-5805-1-1-2-scaled-e1618501766294.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16155 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>Conozca a Eddy, estudiante de d\u00e9cimo grado en San Diego High, estudiante de Reality Changers y mentor de logros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 eres parte de este programa?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRecuerdo que cuando me un\u00ed a Reality Changers por primera vez estaba nervioso. Mi primer evento con Reality Changers fue ir a Forest Home para un campamento de liderazgo de verano y me sent\u00eda muy nervioso porque no conoc\u00eda a nadie en el programa. Pens\u00e9 que si pod\u00eda desempe\u00f1ar el papel de mentor, podr\u00eda ayudar a estos estudiantes de octavo grado a no sentirse tan nerviosos por ser parte de Reality Changers. Ahora siento que Reality Changers es mi segundo hogar y quiero que experimenten ese sentimiento de bienvenida y sientan que es un lugar para estar en casa. El Programa de Mentores de Logro es importante porque todos estos estudiantes entrantes tienen metas diferentes y son personas diferentes, y este programa motivar\u00e1 a los estudiantes a lograr sus metas y les har\u00e1 sentir que lograron algo\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00bfQue est\u00e1s esperando?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa parte del programa que m\u00e1s ans\u00edo es establecer una conexi\u00f3n con alguien m\u00e1s joven que yo. Si soy un mentor y los hago sentir c\u00f3modos en entornos que normalmente son inc\u00f3modos, he hecho mi trabajo como mentor. Espero poder ayudar a otro estudiante a lograr sus objetivos, ya sean grandes o peque\u00f1os\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ha disfrutado del programa hasta ahora?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa semana pasada pudimos hacer boulder con algunos de los alumnos de octavo grado. Aunque son m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes que yo, pod\u00eda sentir que ten\u00edamos muchas similitudes.
